Original Line and Wash Architectural Artwork
Church of St Gregory is an original line and wash artwork capturing the form and character of a historic architectural subject. The composition focuses on structure, proportion, and contrast, using confident line work and restrained washes to define the building’s presence within the scene.
Rather than detailing every surface, the piece allows line and negative space to carry the composition, creating a calm and balanced interpretation of the architecture. This original artwork reflects a considered and observational approach to architectural drawing and painting.
