Shipping and Delivery
LeeBB Art delivers original paintings, art prints, greeting cards, bookmarks and merchandise to customers in the UK and internationally. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout according to the items in your order and your delivery destination.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 1–3 working days; this is included in the estimates above.
Delivery times are estimates. Busy periods, postal disruption and customs checks may cause delays.
Shipping Costs and Destinations
Shipping prices vary by product, order contents and destination. You’ll see the charge at checkout before completing your purchase.
International rates vary between Europe, the United States and other world zones. Available delivery destinations are shown at checkout. If your country isn’t listed, please contact LeeBB Art about delivery before ordering.
Original paintings and art prints are dispatched from the LeeBB Art studio in the United Kingdom.
UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48, with a signature and insurance. International orders are sent using Royal Mail tracked and signed services.
Greeting Cards and Bookmarks
Greeting cards and bookmarks are dispatched from the studio. The delivery estimates for artwork and prints also apply to these items.
Clothing, mugs and other merchandise are made to order and shipped directly by my production partner.
If you order merchandise alongside studio items, your order will arrive in separate parcels. Merchandise items may also arrive separately.
International Customs and Import Charges
International orders, including deliveries to the EU, may be subject to import VAT, customs duties or carrier handling fees.
These charges are set by the destination country and are not included in the product price or shipping charge at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable import charges.
Customs checks can extend delivery times.
Your Delivery Address
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.
If you notice an error, contact LeeBB Art with your order number as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once an order is being prepared or has been dispatched, especially with merchandise.
Tracking and Delivery Queries
For tracked shipments, you’ll receive tracking information by email after dispatch.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time:
Check your dispatch email and any available tracking updates.
Check for a delivery notice, safe-place delivery or parcel left with a neighbour.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact LeeBB Art promptly with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging. I’ll help resolve the issue.
