Exhibiting at the Bridgnorth Open House Arts Trail – June 2026

Sharing My Artwork in a Community of Creativity

I’m really excited to share that in June 2026, I’ll be exhibiting and selling my artwork as part of the Bridgnorth Open House Arts Trail.

Events like this are incredibly special to me. They bring art out of galleries and into lived-in spaces, allowing visitors to meet artists, explore creative work up close, and experience the stories behind each piece. Being part of a trail that celebrates local creativity and community feels like a natural fit for my work.

What Is the Bridgnorth Open House Arts Trail?

The Bridgnorth Open House Arts Trail is a celebration of creativity across the town and the surrounding area. Artists open their doors — studios, homes, and shared spaces — inviting the public to step inside and discover a wide range of art forms.

It’s informal, welcoming, and rooted in connection. Visitors can wander at their own pace, meet artists face-to-face, ask questions, and see artwork in a relaxed, real-world setting.

That personal interaction is something I really value.

What I’ll Be Exhibiting

During the trial, I’ll showcase a selection of original artwork and prints inspired by the natural world.

Visitors can expect to see pieces that reflect my core themes, including:

  • Wildlife paintings inspired by the British countryside

  • Landscape works that capture atmosphere, stillness, and place

  • Botanical watercolours, celebrating growth and detail

  • Selected prints make the work accessible to different budgets

Each piece will be available to view up close, and many works will be available to purchase on the day.

Why Events Like This Matter to Me

While online galleries and shops are invaluable, there’s something irreplaceable about seeing artwork in person. Brushstrokes, texture, scale, and subtle colour shifts can only truly be appreciated face-to-face.

The Bridgnorth Open House Arts Trail offers the chance to:

  • Experience the artwork beyond a screen

  • Ask about process, inspiration, and materials

  • Learn the stories behind individual pieces

  • Take home something meaningful and personal

For me, it’s also a chance to step away from the studio and connect with people who share a love of art, nature, and creativity.

Selling Artwork in a Personal Way

I’ll be selling both originals and prints during the trail, allowing visitors to take home a piece of my work directly from the artist.

Buying art in person often creates a deeper connection — you know where it came from, how it was made, and the thought behind it. That connection is something I value deeply, and it’s one of the reasons I continue to take part in events like this.

Whether you’re a seasoned collector or buying your first piece of original art, the trail is a relaxed and welcoming environment to explore.

Planning Your Visit

The Bridgnorth Open House Arts Trail takes place in June 2026, and full details — including dates, times, and trail maps — will be shared closer to the event.

I’ll be updating my blog and social channels with:

  • Exact exhibition location

  • Preview images of artwork on display

  • Behind-the-scenes preparation

  • Opening times and practical details

If you’re local, visiting Bridgnorth, or planning a summer day out, it’s a wonderful way to explore art and creativity at your own pace.

Looking Ahead

Preparing for an event like this is always a mix of excitement and reflection. It’s a chance to look at the body of work I’ve created so far, consider how it fits together, and decide what best represents my artistic journey.

I’m really looking forward to being part of the Bridgnorth Open House Arts Trail 2026 and to welcoming visitors to see my work in person.

If you’re able to come along, I’d love to say hello.

See You in June 2026

Thank you, as always, for supporting my work — whether online, through the blog, or by visiting events like this.

I hope to see some familiar faces (and new ones) in Bridgnorth this June.
